Payments & Wallet

Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) via our secure payment partner TheTeller.
Don't panic. This is usually a network delay. If your wallet isn't credited within 30 minutes, send your transaction ID to our WhatsApp support.
Open the order in My Orders, tap Report Order, and it will open a WhatsApp chat with your order details pre-filled.
