Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Nature

Due to the instant and digital nature of Gift Cards, Airtime, and Data bundles, all sales are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed or the code is revealed.

Redemption Proof Policy

To dispute a "code already used" error, you must provide a continuous, unedited screen recording. The recording must clearly show:

  • Start recording before you click the "Reveal" button.
  • Clearly show the code being revealed on our site.
  • Navigate to the official provider site (e.g., Apple/Google) and attempt redemption immediately in the same video.

Disputes without the required video evidence will be automatically declined to protect against voucher theft.
