You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account confidential, and for all activity under your account.
All sales are final. Digital products — data bundles, airtime, vouchers, gift cards, gaming keys — are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. We do not offer refunds on delivered digital goods unless a product is proven defective or an order could not be fulfilled on our side.
Wallet funds are non-refundable and non-transferable outside the app's own gifting, sending, and requesting features. Deposits are processed via mobile money or card and credited to your account once confirmed.
is a digital goods marketplace, not a bank, mobile money operator, remittance service, or licensed financial institution, and we are not regulated as one. Your in-app "wallet" is simply a closed-loop prepaid balance for buying products on this platform — it does not earn interest, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and is not covered by any deposit protection scheme.
The "Send money" and "Request money" features move this prepaid balance directly between two accounts, for the sole purpose of buying goods on the platform (for yourself or another account holder). This is a peer-to-peer, in-app balance transfer only — it is not a banking transaction, mobile money transfer, or funds remittance, and no cash ever changes hands through us. You are responsible for confirming the recipient's account details before sending; these transfers are instant and cannot be reversed once confirmed.
You may not use this platform for fraudulent transactions, unauthorised reselling, or any activity that violates Ghanaian law or the terms of our product providers.
is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
