Purchases & Payments
All sales are final. Digital products (gift cards, gaming keys, data bundles) are delivered instantly upon successful payment. We do not offer refunds on delivered digital goods unless the product is proven defective.
Wallet & Deposits
Wallet funds are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are processed via mobile money and credited to your account upon confirmation.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use this platform for fraudulent transactions, reselling without authorization, or any activity that violates Ghanaian law or the terms of our product providers.
Limitation of Liability
bytehubgh is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
